need help vandalsquad studio

holla sorry 4 the topic but I need some information plz help me, sorry for my english its poor 
so, its the problem that I cant fix, I painted graffiti with 'graffiti studio 2.0' and i want to save it online, i wrote all the information correct into the fields, and yes im registered in vandalsquad.com, and when i push the save button shows an ERROR: 500 - syntax error, command unrecognized. how i can fix it? thnx 4 the any help peace!

Hi, I have this problem too. My friend said that I need to ask PAUL (He is made graffiti studio) about this. His Vandal Profile.
